Shaikh’s slogan, “Fit and Fine: Do Yoga, Meet Friends,” is a call to action for a healthier and more connected community. Speaking at the event, he said, “Malad Masti is about celebrating life together, away from screens. Let’s get back to the ground, play sports, do yoga, and meet friends. These small steps can bring big changes to our lives.”
A Starry Affair
The opening day of the month-long festival saw Bollywood stars Sonu Sood and Jacqueline Fernandez promoting their upcoming action-thriller Fateh, which hits cinemas on January 10. Both actors expressed their admiration for the initiative, with Sonu Sood commenting, “Malad Masti is not just an event; it’s a movement that inspires people to connect and stay healthy.”

Adding to the excitement, Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani joined the festivities to promote their film Azaad, while Kiku Sharda had the crowd roaring with laughter with his impeccable comic timing.
The musical highlight of the morning came from Harshdeep Kaur and Nakash Aziz, whose soulful and high-energy performances captivated the audience. Nakash even surprised fans by performing the title track of Pushpa 2, creating a memorable moment for the crowd.
