It is a holiday associated with the coming in of summer, also known as the festival of spring and of love, this day brings up memories in all of us, of days when we were younger and played holi without looking back. Anchor and Entertainment host, Sachin Kumbhar shares some of his most special feelings surrounding the festival of colours.
He says, “My best memories of Holi dates back to my childhood when we used to wait impatiently the day. We loved throwing around colors, drenching everyone with pichkari and water balloons were like a must for us.”
He continues to say ,”When I was younger, I loved playing with random holi colours without knowing they were chemicals and harmful but now i make sure I use only organic ‘gulal’ to play with colours with my friends and family as I am very concerned about celebrating the festival with caution . I wish everyone a Happy and safe Holi! May your wishes come true and your lives be filled with brilliant hues of the festival of colors.
