In today’s fast-paced world, people often struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which ultimately affects their sleep. The lack of proper sleep can lead to a host of physical and mental health problems, including irritability, mood swings, and insomnia. On the occasion of World Sleep Day, actress Arushi Nishank shares her sleeping hacks and tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Arushi Nishank, known for her roles in Wafa Na Raas Aayee’ and ‘Teri Galiyon Se’ (music video), emphasizes that sleep is an essential part of her routine. She never compromises her sleep for work and believes that maintaining a good work-life balance is crucial for overall well-being. She admits that due to back-to-back meetings, narrations, and deadlines, it is not possible for her to take a nap break. However, she manages to find some time for yoga and meditation to relax her mind and body.

Arushi emphasizes the importance of good sleep for a healthy lifestyle. She admits that for the last couple of months, she has hardly been getting 3-4 hours of sleep due to her rigorous travel schedule, events, and promotions. She emphasizes that maintaining a good sleeping cycle with at least 6-7 hours of sleep is essential for a healthy lifestyle. She says, “For a healthy lifestyle, not only good food but relaxing your mind and body with good sleep is equally important. Roughly, 1 in 3 adults worldwide show sleep disorder symptoms. Our elders never faced any issues as such; it’s the lifestyle that we follow now that has resulted in the disrupted sleeping cycle.”
