Dr Akash Sharma says that happiness is a feeling of satisfaction. He says that it’s all about positivity and joy.
“For me, happiness is a feeling you get when you are living the life you want. For me, the idea of happiness is staying positive and having pure emotions. It is the actual emotional state that is characterised by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfilment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as positive emotions and a feeling of life satisfaction. But happiness is a very subjective term different to different people, because every person has his or her own way of thinking and finds happiness according to their stability,” he says.
Of course, he says, mood swings are going to happen, even if you are generally happy. “It is normal to have mood swings because our mood keeps changing depending on our emotions. Usually this happens with me too. But I am able to fix it,” says Akash.
The doctor says that he has also changed in the last few years. “I can see in the last 3 years I am more compassionate than before. I get great pleasure talking to my mother and I am also focusing on my boxing training,” he says.
